- Tatsu Tsukasa (79th class) is her younger sister.
- Not only were they both once in the same troupe (Cosmos), but also the two sisters together ran a column in Kageki in 2000 interviewing the top stars of the time.
- Her stage name is a pun on "sushi" (寿司) because her father runs a sushi restaurant. 寿 can be read す (su) or ことぶき (kotobuki). 司 can be read し (shi) or つかさ (tsukasa). Maya Miki was the first to call her that.
- Served as Cosmos Troupe fukukumichou from 2005 - 2008, as kumichou from 2008 -2023.
- As a child she attended a ballet studio.
