Posted by kyanited on Thu 12 of Jun, 2014 14:24 GMT-0000 posts: 104 ☆ ☆ ☆ Okay, that's unfortunate that we can't use slash (/) in character names anymore. I suggest that we use the backslash (\) instead. I tried it with Mahoroba and it worked. Any alternate suggestions? The strange thing about that is that it still works in all the old pages. There is an old (2012) thread in the tikiwiki forums about forward slashes in page names: https://tiki.org/forumthread43632 The suggested html encoding doesn't work, neither does the URL encoding. Since we can use accented characters and special characters like colons and exclamation marks, the allow-special-characters-for-page-names option ("complete") is already enabled... So if we're lucky it could be fixed within the configuration...? The backslash breaks all the referral links and we'll have to go back fix them one by one... :-/ ETA From the Takawiki Forums: if you use page names with slashes, you can not use the "Search engine friendly URL" option. Make sure you do not select that option in Features, Global Features tab. *hopeful*

You can use the "replace" function in the page editor for easy & reliable replacement. á: á â: â é: é è: è ó: ó ë: ë ñ: ñ ç: ç (space) ’: ' *: * (: ( ): ) –: - â€: † ¹: ¹

Posted by taelle on Wed 04 of Jun, 2014 13:05 GMT-0000 posts: 23 ☆ ☆ ☆ Okay, I guess the backlash is the only sensible option then. I edited the link to Mahoroba in PerformancesMoon, works okay.

Posted by taelle on Wed 04 of Jun, 2014 12:55 GMT-0000 posts: 23 ☆ ☆ ☆ I'll do it, I am going through the Tsukigumisei pages anyway.
Posted by taelle on Wed 04 of Jun, 2014 11:43 GMT-0000 posts: 23 ☆ ☆ ☆ Yes, about that. I tried to rename some of the messed up pages - Arsene Lupin and the Mahoroba pages (btw, the link to Mahoroba from actresses' pages doesn't work and I can't seem to fix it), and it tells me I can't do it because the / is on the list of symbols not allowed in page names.
Posted by carmila on Wed 04 of Jun, 2014 06:25 GMT-0000 posts: 10 ☆ ☆ I went through the page for Arsène Lupin/Fantastic Energy. The french names have been fixed and the japanese title added, but the name of the page itself, as well as the link, are still messed up due to the è in the name, and I can't seem to do something about that, sadly.
