TCA Pictures and Quatre Reves shipping to Asia

Hi all! I think recently the 'Buying Goods' section was updated that TCA Pictures and Quatre Reves sites will ship DVDs to Asia. I was trying very hard to register in vain on both sites. It seems like you still need to be staying in Japan in order to get them to send stuff to you. I was wondering if anyone else has tried before and faced the same problem or have any solutions? Thank you!!

I just checked the rules pages of both sites, and TCA says: お届け先は、日本国内に限らせて頂きます。
Quatre Reves says: ※海外への配送は、行っておりません。

So I don't think the rules about shipping outside of Japan have changed. I'd be curious if you could find where you saw the Asian shipping mentioned!
