  1. Aren Touma was absent from Messiah from 07/19/2018 for the remainder of the Grand Theater and Tokyo performances. Aren was also absent from both shinjin kouen, resulting in some role changes. Watanabe Kozaemon → Izumi Maira; Taga Mondo → Naoto Akira; Ashizuka Chuuemon → Rio Hikaru
  2. While the official Haikara-san: Here Comes Miss Modern shinjin kouen performances were canceled due to the COVID-19 theater closures, the shinjin kouen was performed internally, without an audience. A digest of this performance later aired on Sky Stage as part of the Shinjin Kouen Digest series.
  3. Mineka Towa was absent for the entirety of the Takarazuka run of Arc-en-ciel. Izumi Maira covered her roles of Emile and Dietrich von Choltitz, while Aoki Tsukasa understudied the role of Gustav.
