• On National Arts Festival in 1963 Akashi Teruko received a special award for performing in Islands on Fire.
• Retired from Takarazuka to get married.
• When she retired in 1963, she was the first star to receive a "Sayonara Show."
• In 1971, she appeared in the movie "Onna no Hanamichi."
• Passed away in 1985. She was 56 years old.
