    Does anyone know who wrote the lyrics and where/when was that song performed for the first time?
    I can guess that the composer is Terada Takio ('cos it was in his memorial concert), but could find nothing more{{{
    (and if there are those lyrics in Japanese (or English/French translation) anywhere, it would be great)

    According to this blog (http://news.mixi.jp/view_news.pl?id=2661061&media_id=169), it first appeared in Maho Shibuki's "Pop News" (1972). "Pop News" was written/directed by Kamogawa Seisaku, so chances are pretty good that he wrote the lyrics, but I'm not 100% sure. I hope that helps!
