    I found Wataru immediately on the two sites you e-mailed me, so I rechecked what I did before and I couldn't find her again.I went to "Takarazuka Actresses" to "Browse by Surname" and clicked on "W." The last name listed was a Wataru Hibiki, no other Wataru's. When I browsed by first name Kozuki I couldn't find her again. Could there somehow be two different lists for both surname and first name, or do I need to get my eyes checked?

    Kozuki is the Sirname and Wataru the given one
    so that might be the case of your problem

    the Wataru Hibiki you found because in that case Wataru is the sirname and hibiki the given one

    Japanese by default say their sirname first and as far as I know takawiki uses that way as well
