Help with creating an account?

Unfortunately, my Japanese is not really helping; I only started learning a few months ago :(
As far as I understand, you need to log in to see the articles. The previews promise pictures, so I'd like to see more.
My problem is that I can't create an account. Could perhaps somebody help me, please?
