TAKAWIKI'S CASE OF HICCUPS
Over the last two days you may have been unable to browse to TakaWiki for brief periods. It hasn't actually happened to me, so I only know what I've been told — thank you to everyone who commented or emailed me to let me know what's been happening.
The problem is intermittent outages in the network in a large data centre in Chicago, where the wiki's hosting company has several servers. It's not even the data centre's own personal problem — it's further upstream, but they're feeling some of the effects. (I bet this also explains why I couldn't get to Foodler.com the other night and nearly starved.)
The wiki itself is fine, with no data lost, and it seems as though none of the outages have been for longer than a few minutes. If you can't get to the wiki, please just be patient. They're working to get rid of the glitches, and I'll post here again when I receive notice that it's taken care of. I'm sure that will be very soon!
