Prince of Legend
From the same production team whose monumental game “High & Low,” “Prince of Legend” has been adapted in 2018 for the stage, and once again in 2019 for film. Now Takarazuka announces a new collaboration with LDH JAPAN, taking inspiration from across all mediums, be it live or in game, for a musical adaptation staring Cosmos troupe’s new top star Sakuragi Minato and Haruno Sakura.
“Prince” …that is what people call men who are beautiful and noble.
“Prince of Legend” …that is the prince amongst princes, as only one may be victorious and claim the seat of glory.
Celebrities gather at the prestigious school, St Brilliant, for the “Championship of the Prince of Legend.” With their overwhelming good looks, proud, individualistic and rich princes participate in an endless battle to determine who will win and take the “Prince of Legend” throne. Fully utilizing all the tools of the trade, this is a production of abundant dynamism crossed with gorgeous song and dance scenes. Love, dreams and romance will overflow from this new musical sensation for the Takarazuka stage! LHD’s “School-ground Battle X Romance X Comedy” fuses with “festive entertainment” for Takarazuka’s 111th year, marking “Prince of Legend” as a new legend worth anticipating!
Bayside Star
Marseille of France, San Francisco of the USA, and of course, our own country’s Kobe: This show will bring the famous port cities of the world to the stage, through romantic, glossy scenes woven together with high beat melodies. In honor of new top star, the noble and cosmopolitan Sakuragi Minato, this will be an energetic and passionate spectacle packed with multi-colored brilliance unleased by the overflowing dynamism of Cosmos Troupe.
