Puss In Boots
Just as in the fairy tale by Perrault, the story begins with three brothers whose parents have died. The eldest, Simon, inherits the mill, the second brother, Michel, inherits the donkey, and poor Constantan inherits only a cat.
However, this cat is very clever. Jack demands boots, and after Constantan gets him the boots, the cat plots to help his master rise in life. First he tells Constantan to swim in the river when King Honor comes by in his carriage and introduces him as the Marquis of Casba. Constantan and the king's daughter fall in love.
Meanwhile, Michel is determined to make his lot in life and grind wheat for the king of the north. However, the king of the north is an ogre, who eats Michel.
Constantan and Jack travel to the castle of the ogre king and defeat him. Then Jack gets the castle and marries the princess.
- Final performance for star Dai Takiko, as well as Shioji Asako, Minami Yutaka, and Nagazuki Hikaru.
- Daigo Katsura had been transferred to Star Troupe at the beginning of April, but appeared in this performance.
- This was Shou Sumire's first performance with Moon Troupe.
